Batting Stance & Balance: Setting up the right foundation to stay balanced throughout the batting swing.

Fast Hands and Loading: Working on the heavy and light drills to help develop the batters bat speed through the zone.

Exploding the Hips & Lower Half: Ensuring the hips are activated first and working on utilizing the hips to generate power.

Point of Contact & Timing: Keeping the eyes and head tracking the ball at all times to ensure solid contact and drive.

Spray Hitting: Properly working on inside and outside pitches to properly pull and drive balls to all fields.

Hitting Off Speed Pitches: Staying back on the ball, think fastball first and adjusting to the pitch.

Soft Hands: We practice many drills designed to improve the softness of the hands all the way from fielding the baseball to throwing it.

Footwork: We work on improving the quickness and timing of the feet to field the ground ball the correct way.

Working Through the Baseball: We will also work on the correct timing, in order to field the baseball the right way.

Throwing: We will teach the proper techniques from every angle to make quality throws for every position.

Hand Eye Coordination: We use drills for hand-eye coordination to help our infielders react especially on ground balls that take bad hops.

Fielding IQ: You can’t just sit back on your heels and relax while playing defense. You always have somewhere to be on the field at all times.
